I purchased my vehicle a year ago and received a notice to come in to get the Auto Butler done to protect my paint. On 12/20/2017 I came in, did a walk around with the agent and it was noted that that there was no damage to my car. I also asked them to repair my brakes that were squealing that they didn't fix the first time that I brought it in. Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed that my car was damaged during the servicing. I was told to take my car over to the Collision Center to get an estimate and that I would be contacted by the manager Dominik. Well today is 1/12/2018, and after calling several times, leaving several messages, speaking with Nissan Consumer affairs who sent an email to the manager, speaking with Tina who sold me my vehicle, who was awesome by the way, and leaving a message for his assistant today, still no call from the manager. I loved my car and would have come back to buy another one. I have even recommended to friend who purchased a vehicle from Tina as well. This is horrible customer service and because of that I won't be doing business with Priority Nissan or recommending anyone else.
The salesman was awesome..He took his time, very knowledgeable and friendly...go to mr. Bailey of priority Nissan and you are guaranteed to leave with a ride of choice!!
