How do I start? Well, I am going to start by giving my review on every single place I can leave one. I was NOT happy with our service at Priority in Feb of this year.. The positive, our salesman, although somewhat pushy, he got the job done.. He made promises that he could not fulfill. Promised me the visor would be fixed (it was floppy), the hood was never buffed out (had acid rain damage) and we never received the touch up paint, also promised... In fact, I had a call from the salesman who sold us the car around a month later and I mentioned it to him... He once again promised it would be sent.... it never was. A few months later I get another call from a manger there asking how the car was etc., I once again mentioned the paint... He promised it would be sent and it NEVER was. We will see if the paint is sent because my husband went in for our first oil change @ 10:30AM this morning. He got home 2 hours later! He did ask about the touch up paint AGAIN and they could not find it lol. It was reordered and I will UPDATE this post on whether or not we receive it. I was so turned off by a sales manager named Mark that I didn't even want him near me when we made the deal on the vehicle. I also asked for the car to be detailed since there was still trash inside of it.... I was told the only go over the vehicle once and that they do not do super details on used cars. Okay, whatever. Trash is trash and should be removed! Our salesman had to clean it for us. I felt bad. My last complaint is their record keeping. Apparently they cannot find the information on the vehicle they sold us a few months ago. You know the one that has a picture and options.. everything that has been done to the vehicle etc? I am very upset that they cannot come up with this for me. I have a bone to pick with them. In closing, I will never purchase another vehicle from Priority. I hope they read this and truly correct their mistakes.
