I had the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership here this weekend. This would have been my very first time purchasing a brand new vehicle, but instead I left nearly in tears and without a new SUV. When I could actually get someone to speak to me (and not to my husband) they were rude and condescending. Despite the prior conversations we had (and proof in writing), they tried to sell me a vehicle that was not at all what had been agreed upon and at a higher price. Then, they had the audacity to act as though they were doing me a favor by offering it to me at the increased price. Then, after I left I was followed to my vehicle and immediately called not once but four times. Not only will I never go back to this dealership, but I will tell anyone who will listen that I will gladly pay more money at another one to actually get what I am asking for and treated fairly.
I went it to get my cars' 90k Maintenance service on Friday 5/05/17, everything seemed great at drop off. Staff was very friendly and smiling. However when I went to pick my car up, I noticed some damage to my front passenger side of the car. A wide, long scrape across my bumper and grill. I told Kyle (the service guy) and he came out easy and looked at it, stated it was not notated on the inspection sheet and said he was going to get his manager. I think was Craig. When the manager came out he off the bat accused me of doing it. I was floored. He acted as if I was trying to get one over on them. I was insulted that no matter what I said he insisted that I ran my car off the road. I honestly just wanted a fair resolution. I was shocked that a manager at a Toyota Dealership would accuse a customer so bluntly and ugly. I choose to take my car to a Toyota Dealership because I trusted the name and believed the service would be a great and trustworthy experience.
#totally left feeling like a criminal after the manager was done even though I did not do it.
The worst car buying experience I have ever had. I was contacted by the dealership because they wanted to buy my truck. Great! I needed to have more room than an access cab had to offer. I ended up buying a newer vehicle for the price I wanted it at. The sticker said I had remote start but the vehicle actually did not have remote start and they did not put one in even though it was falsely advertised. I tried called to talk about the matter and was given the run around on multiple occasions.
The currently problems is that they still have not paid my truck off and its been almost a month. I had to make a payment on the truck I do not even own anymore and haven't had for the month. I am getting the run around once again. I just want to know where the check is and if it got mailed out to my financial institute. I called my financial institute and they have heard absolutely nothing from the dealership. I am currently stuck with two vehicle payments.
I do not recommend Priority Toyota in Richmond to anyone. I have been lied to on more than one occasion by their salesman.
I just want the issue resolved and I am getting nowhere with them.
Angela Shaw provided outstanding sales support! My wife and I bought a new 2017 Highlander. Angela was very knowledgeable about all the features and technology of the vehicle. She was pleasant, professional and courteous throughout the sales process. She worked to ensure we got a fair price for the new vehicle as well as our trade-in. She was very helpful and even stayed late to enable the Entune system and pair our smart phones with it. Bob in documentation was also very efficient and helpful. Lastly, I want to commend Priority Toyota for hiring veterans.
A few weeks ago my wife bought a Honda Pilot from you guys. The experience was great till half way home I realized that we didn't get a owners manual. At that time we called our sales person and he said we would be better off getting one somewhere else. Over the next few days this bothered me because I know if I had realized it at your dealership you would have gotten me one. To make matters worse one of the questions you asked us about our trade in was 'is there a owners manual in the car'. So I called again and talked to a service manager she said someone would be calling me back. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard a word.
Again I can't speak highly enough of LaToya Dawson and everyone there that helped me find the best car and rate to be able to keep my life rolling.
LaToya Dawson was such a kind person and very patient to help walk me through the cars and help me find the one I liked the most in a price range suitable for me and to this day still is always there to assist if and when I need it most. It's so great to feel welcomed and cared for while buying my first car.
Angela Shaw was my sales consultant. She is very personable, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. My husband and I had an unusually long wait but Angela and the Priority staff was very friendly. They made me an offer for a 2017 Rav4 that I could not refuse.
I took My 2013 ford F-150 in to have a hood painted and installed when talked with them over the phone they said about $400 to $500 to do the job. When I dropped off the truck and hood to be painted and installed they said they they would call me with a exact price when they called they said over $700 witch I was ok with since it was a fiberglass hood and thought they would have to do a little more work on it to make it look good. when I picked up my truck I had show my representative things I thought needed to be fixed she said no problem just bring it back in. when I did I told her what I wanted fixed and marked it but all they did was buff the hood and she told me they couldn't fix the other issues because it was near the intake screen since it was a ram air hood and didn't even ask me if I was happy with the work or come out to show me what they had done or explain why they couldn't fix the other issues and that's not to mention how they didn't even do a good job on wiring my grill lights so I would not recommend them to do any work and they have lost my business
