How do I start? Well, I am going to start by giving my review on every single place I can leave one. I was NOT happy with our service at Priority in Feb of this year.. The positive, our salesman, although somewhat pushy, he got the job done.. He made promises that he could not fulfill. Promised me the visor would be fixed (it was floppy), the hood was never buffed out (had acid rain damage) and we never received the touch up paint, also promised... In fact, I had a call from the salesman who sold us the car around a month later and I mentioned it to him... He once again promised it would be sent.... it never was. A few months later I get another call from a manger there asking how the car was etc., I once again mentioned the paint... He promised it would be sent and it NEVER was. We will see if the paint is sent because my husband went in for our first oil change @ 10:30AM this morning. He got home 2 hours later! He did ask about the touch up paint AGAIN and they could not find it lol. It was reordered and I will UPDATE this post on whether or not we receive it. I was so turned off by a sales manager named Mark that I didn't even want him near me when we made the deal on the vehicle. I also asked for the car to be detailed since there was still trash inside of it.... I was told the only go over the vehicle once and that they do not do super details on used cars. Okay, whatever. Trash is trash and should be removed! Our salesman had to clean it for us. I felt bad. My last complaint is their record keeping. Apparently they cannot find the information on the vehicle they sold us a few months ago. You know the one that has a picture and options.. everything that has been done to the vehicle etc? I am very upset that they cannot come up with this for me. I have a bone to pick with them. In closing, I will never purchase another vehicle from Priority. I hope they read this and truly correct their mistakes.

I bought a a 2012 Ford Escape back in November 2017 I went to DMV today to take a girlfriends of mine to get road tested. I didn't have the registration so the girl at DMV said for 2 dollars I can print one out for you. Gave her my drivers license she said ma'am I don't have that make and model registered to you. Can you go get me your plate number wenfvout got the plate number she said ma'am I don't have a plate registered for you. Can you go out and get me the vin number went back out got the vin # ma'am that car is not in your name it's under someone else's. I'm like what. I paid cash for that vehicle and been paying insurance. With that went to priority Toyota saw a manager Steele. Told him the story how I have been riding around for 5 months in a vehicle that I paid 699 dollars for a processing fee and it never was processed I want the processing fee back and the paperwork and I will go to DMV. Steele apologized and had me wait in the waiting area 45 minutes later he came back with a regististration dared back in December and paperwork not was not signed. I sighed all the original paperwork. He said here it is. I said it was not processed with DMV. The lady that I sat with that typed the paperwork out stated that she had just moved and been out drinking didn't go to bed till 4 am. I explained DMV does not have any paperwork I would like my processing fee back and I will take it. He said we did process it. I'll have to check back on Monday when the finance people are here once again I reminded him I paid cash in full. He said I will have to wait till Monday. So bottom line is im still riding around with an unregistered vehicle and a vehicle that is not on my name for 5 months. Also Steele informed that it could take up to 3 months for it to go through I quickly reminded him it's been 5 months and that I used to work at a dealership with that he shut up and walked away. I'm calling 12 on my side

This morning I had a 730 appointment for a 15k service and state inspection. The service advisor (Phil) said I should be out by 850. When I checked in there was not a state inspector there so I was thinking I would be there longer. At 844 my tech (Chris) walked in with my keys and paperwork. I was very impressed on how timely they were. All of the service advisors were very friendly and spoke as well as all of the techs walking thru the waiting area. I have always had a very pleasant experience with Priorty Toyota but this morning was great. I would not take my car anywhere else. Glad I chose to buy a Toyota.

Thurman is great! He helped me all throughout, from the first day I inquired in 2015, to negotiations, to closing the deal. I just texted/emailed Thurman what I can afford and the car that I like and he worked it out for me. He still promptly responds to my post-lease/sale questions. He made me feel I am important.
