I just texted/emailed Thurman what I can afford and the car that I like and he worked it out for me. He still promptly responds to my post-lease/sale questions. He made me feel I am important.

I went into the dealership on April 20, 2017 due to bankruptcy they told me the only option was a Kia optima 2015. For starters they bought the vehicle out for me to test drive. it was filthy. they made me feel from 8 am until 8:45 pm due to my ch 7 bankruptcy they were my only option. They treated me As poor as my credit. I'm paying $5000 extra with a25% interest rate. For a Kia. $410 a month. The car has severe Maintence issues. They sold me an employees car (A LEMON :lemon:). The finance dept bullied me into getting this car and now I'm stuck with it. Thank gold star service members eldwin burgess. Maybe if my name was Becky I would have receive better service and vehicle. BBB will be hearing regarding the lemon you all sold me and how I was bullied due to credit issues and recent bankruptcy.
