Initially the experience seemed fine and rather routine. After driving home, we realized we made a bad deal and instantly had buyers remorse. The general sales manager, Ray Ibarra contacted us, thanking us for our business and asking that if we had any concerns to let him know. We took this opportunity to convey our feelings over the experience and hoping a revision could possibly be made to the lease. No reply was ever received. A second email was sent and yet again no reply. For a dealer that exuded such a strong front of dedicated customer service, you would think a response would be simple. We are already shopping for a replacement for our SUV and had a great interest in the Atlas. We still do, but it will not be purchased at VW of Puente hills nor any other vehicle ever again.
