The Transmission went on my 2011 Cruze and I contacted Service and spoke with Will, I explained to him that I was a pensioner and rely heavily on having a car. I then asked if I could have the car repaired under a payment plan. Will said that he would check out the car and contact Holden to see what they could do. To my absolute dismay and delight he contacted me and said they would replace the transmission under warranty.
I have been waiting to receive a survey, but wanted the Dealer Principal to know what an asset to staff Will is, in dealing with Will he maintained a considerate, empathetic and caring attitude to my situation at all times and in my opinion went above and beyond to get my car back on the road.
