Overall experience was ruined on the delivery day. The service shop broke part of my husbands dash and now had to waste his own time taking his truck to Cam Clark to have it repaired. Then the mouse shield wasn't added to our unit though they had it ticked off on th delivery sheet and finance also made us sign to say we had it. Thanks to ashley for reminding us about it though as the guy who did the walk through with us never mentioned it. Finally Murray came by and said it hadn't been done on the unit and we would have to come back. This was the most disappointing part! We are storing the trailer out by Carstairs so now we have to find time as to when we can get it back into the dealership to complete this not to mention gas costs,etc. Doubt anything will even be offered to us as a gesture of goodwill for this inconvenience!
