Good, prompt service. Thank you!
This is the second time RDS has sealed my drive-way, and both times they arrived at the stated time, worked efficiently and applied the sealer carefully with no mess to adjacent concrete sidewalk or garage area. The first application still looked good after three years.
Fast, good work and nice people!
We had an excellent experience with RDS Paving and Sealcoating. All of the employees that we came into contact were helpful and friendly. Our driveway looks great!
Excellent and timely work done professionally.
We were very pleased with the work that was done. Very reasonably priced.
Working with RDS was great! They were able to accommodate my "as soon as possible" request and my driveway looks great!
Thank you for reaching out. Overall I thought the experience was very good. Very professional and responsive.
I have only two negative comments...
1) There are (2) stains that bled through the resurfacing near the garage door. In the morning, the stains are noticeable and if you rub your finger on the stains, black oil comes off.
2) There was a wood chip that was not properly removed and when the coating was applied, the chip was coated.
We appreciate all customer feedback. We take it all seriously because this is how we learn what needs to be done to constantly improve. Our goal is 100% satisfaction.
1. Stains: As it is written in our estimates, some driveways may have oil or chemical spots. We use the best products on the market to treat these areas. This treatment will never remove the oil spot. The only proper way to remove an oil spot is to replace it with new asphalt. The purpose of our oil spot primer is to put a paste like coating over the oil spot so that it will help the sealer adhere to that spot. A good portion of the time the oil will still seep back up through the sealer just as it has never been sealed before. This is all written on our estimates and we never guarantee an oil spot.
2. Wood Chip: The driveway was properly cleaned. When sealcoating we use brushes. Sometimes the brushes will go over the edge of the driveway and wood chips or debris may get caught in the bristles of the brush. Or maybe one of the guys
Some of the larger cracks don't look to have been filled properly. Was told the one patch cutout would not be noticeable with the entire driveway being done - it is.
The coordination and follow thru were excellent. I am a very satisfied customer!
