My Sales guy was very efficient in “selling” me the car and very efficient with helping with my trade in with the sales manager.
I went for a test drive in the car i was going to buy (a demo) and he told me it would be ready for me when i come back.
When i came back, the car had a dent and some scratches. I told him the car was not like that when i drove it the 2 days before and what has happened; he was not aware of the scratches and dents, he said he will have it fixed and ready for me for Monday.
On Monday i was supposed to fetch my car and he called me and told me it is not ready for me and i must come on Tuesday. Tuesday after work i went to fetch the car and it had a dent still, he said because they were rushing to get it ready for me but the scratches are gone they had to wait for he paint to be dry.
Now i left with a dented car and he says I can bring it back when i come to fetch my number plate next week.
Im very disappointed as this is my dream car :disappointed:
