My overall experience was satisfsctory. I did feel that there were areas of improvement as follows:
1. Car handover was rushed and brief and Shane forgot to give me my spare key. I had to call the dealership and request for it. Also had an hour and a half wait to receive my car, after a long day was exhausted.
2. Poor workmanship on my car window tint. Smudges left on the window as residue and I was not warned about this by Shane beforehand. Very dissatisfied with this and not the standard I would expect of Renault.
3. Bernita failed to ask me which day my car loan repayments should be made. I was simply told my account will be debited on the 27th when I get paid on the 28th.
