Being promised to receive something at a specific date or time and then not to happen, over and over and over gets a person frustrated. Then to receive it and not everything has been done and only 20 days later after receiving the car is everything done finally. The lack of communication also doesn't help the matter, why must the client follow up repeatedly, Rather under promise and over deliver.
