The salesperson did not give much specs on the car during the test drive, I had to find out most of the information on my own. Many times the dealership did not answer their landline and it was difficult to reach the salesperson, at times she took long to update me on the status of the vehicle. Delivery of the vehicle took a bit long but this was due to matters outside of the salesperson control.
The salesperson had good telephone etiquette and was good at identifying the appropriate vehicle for my specific needs which I appreciated. She provided helpful additional advice upon collection of the vehicle and gave good explanations of the features. She also offered add-ons at no additional cost.
I think that I was most impressed by the friendly and welcoming sales staff as well as other staff members that I had the pleasure to interact with. Although I was buying the smallest vehicle on the floor I was made to feel as if I had just bought the top of the range :-) Thank You Estelle Byloo and staff at Renault.
Ms. Byloo is very grounded in her approach towards customers. She is incredibly accomodating and goes out of her way to keep her clients happy. This is evident in her commitment to what she does, so far as putting her own health second to the needs of her clients.
