I heard about Riley Insurance from a friend! I decided to see if I could save some money on car/home insurance. I sent an email to Riley Insurance and response was very quick. I was sent a quote and now I am a Riley customer. ???? I will definitely recommend them to my friends!

From my first contact with Riley Insurance I have been not only happy with the customer service, I've been impressed. I was seeking information on home and auto coverage.

My first contact was with Ruthie Zagorski several months ago. She was awesome and provided different ideas and options for our insurance needs. Joel Riley was involved as well and working with him made it very obvious that his team has a leader with a very strong insurance knowledge.

We weren't ready to make any decisions at that time, but Riley Insurance kept in touch from time to time. We were ready to move our insurance for 7/1/2018 so I reached out to Riley Insurance a few weeks ago.

I've been working with KellyPodvin and she has been great. I asked her for quotes with various deductibles and coverage's and she was super quick to reply with the various quotes. She took her time to explain all the variables to me to be sure I understood any risk we were taking on as a result of our choice of deductibles.

We did place our business with Erie through Riley Insurance Agency effective 7/1. We remain extremely pleased with the level of service from the entire team at Riley and highly recommend them.
