Overall the experience was excellent - the only part that caught us off guard was when we were offered window tinting as an extra add on after we’d done all the other paperwork to purchase the car - we assumed it was included - as the car we test drove had tinted windows. Perhaps pointing that out in the first stage would be helpful. We initially added it, but after we got home & looked at the range of tints available - & because we hadn’t been given tint options we decided to remove it, do our homework & have it done later. Perhaps we should have known it was an optional extra, but an explanation of the type of tint or options available would have been helpful.
Very happy with my experience, especially as I was only going for a test drive and I walked out trading my vehicle with something more suitable for my needs.The whole process was quite painless. I felt my questions were answered honestly and I didnt feel like I was under pressure to buy immediately. I was impressed that I was able to take the Sorento for a reasonable drive on the open highway, without having a salesman breathing down my neck or yapping in my ear!! Thanks Don
