I took in my vehicle and was met by a friendly staff and set up an appointment to have my work done. While they discovered more damage than estimated by the insurance company they informed me my vehicle may take a bit extra. When I did get my vehicle back it was even better than before the damage, my foggy lenses were even clear! I was even able to leave my car rental for the company to pick up after my repairs were finished.
Everyone was very helpful. They said it'd take two days and it took two days. They arranged for a rental car for me. They explained the cost of repair in terms I could understand. Also, I'm not sure, but my car was cleaner when I got it back than when it went in for repair (car wash included?) Thanks for a job well done!
Brought my car here after some other local body shops didn’t seem to get customer service. Couldn’t be happier, had the car back in 2 days one week after estimate. Staff were very friendly and down to earth, and since we were in Hershey- even got some free candy out of them :thumbsup:
