This was by far the smoothest car buying I ever experienced. From the help I received from Gia in sales (excellent) to Karen, one of the best Business Managers I've ever had the pleasure of working with in all the years of purchasing vehicles. I would highly recommend South Hills Honda to ALL of my friends and family.
Service department is terrible. Had a flat tire outside of state which is covered by the warranty I had purchased when the car was bought. When I went to get my service done, they didn't bother to check for my warranty and charged me for the service and tires. I later found out that this was covered but the service guys refuse to make the correction and had to pay out of pocket. This ended up costing me hundreds of dollars and would never suggest dealing with their service department. Sales on the other hand are very professional. They need to have the same approach on their service.
