This is my second CRV from Honda. The salesperson Garth is easy to deal with and makes the price negotiation easy by getting to the mutually agreeable price quickly. The loan and paperwork was well done by Kevin. The car was detailed for pickup and I’ll continue to buy from them in the future.
Everything about my car-buying experience was wonderful! It more than made up for unpleasant experiences at other dealerships. Gia, our sales person was personable and knowledgeable, and she made sure that I knew everything about my new car before I left the lot. She even anticipated potential questions and concerns--like the fact that there is a capless gas tank. (I would have thought the cap was missing.) She helped to personalize the settings on my car as well--that was tremendously helpful. Kevin handled my car loan with ease. He was prepared, organized, and had the process so streamlined that we were able to carry on a pleasant conversation while I signed the forms. He, too, was quite personable. I loved the fact that he educated me about additional service warranties and options without pressuring me to purchase all of them. He gave great explanations and showed me how financially beneficial the extended warranty was. He, too, made certain that I left with no unanswered questions. By far the best car buying experience ever and quite frankly it was all because of Karen Bennett. She was honest in her approach and treated us with respect and courtesy. Karen was able to deliver exactly what we wanted. We will buy from her again and have already shared her name with several friends. Kevin in finance was also great to work with. He too was very repectful and courteous.
