Drove 5 hours to pay in full for my car. And barely make it home and my vehicle over heats and starts smoking. There was no coolant or any major fluid in the car it was all basically empty. Next day I had to tow my car to a mechanic. Called the next day and after explaining my story to the sales guy all I got was a simple “keep me posted” no apology or any sort of help for the situation. Don’t buy from here.
Wasn’t happy that we were not informed about the education credit and nothing was done after the fact to make things right.
Work in an industry where we do everything to satisfy the customer and get to “yes”. This practice is clearly not followed by Honda or this particular industry.
