Used Costco Auto Program to research vehicle & pricing. Did not use dealership involved in the program, but used the information learned to get the best deal (even better than program deal). Costco Auto Program deal for 2018 Honda CR-V is $500 over invoice. (I did better) Pruchased at South Hills Honda from Jim Gracey and received excellent service from all departments. The atmosphere as we entered your dealership was cheerful, employees were heard laughing getting along there was not the tension or stress I felt in other dealers. We were greeted and Mr. Smith was paged, I said to my husband do you think it is a real name or everyone here is named Smith. I was wrong. A very happy friendly salesman greeted us. We really enjoyed him, he was very knowledgeable about the product and met our needs gave us some choices and we were really happy with our pick. We choose the blue fit. He suggested I drive it back to the dealership and we laughed, mr toads wild ride, I stopped dead going up a hill and we were all shocked looking each other as to the cause ok it was me my foot hit the brake instead of the clutch. It was great we chuckled it was suggested that they did not fully trust me. I proved them wrong. We signed on all the papers the price was great the finance was excellent Kevin was very good at his job everyone was very good at explaining the papers we signed and Mike showed us everything in the car. He explained how everything worked, he showed how to set the radio the channels, the pairing of the phone I declined the phone will ride in the trunk area, he showed us the lights the keys how the alarm worked the windows the seat features and the CD player and the floor mats currently white but we could purchase fancy black ones I declined we were also offered different additions rainex we chose. I have to say this wonderful experience of buying a car has happened only twice before in 1985 my first Honda Civic and in 1997 our Saturn 20 years we had that car I loved that car and I love this one more my drive home last night was a dream I could see I felt like I was in the Pope mobile a big glass bubble, I got my confidence back in driving again, I could not see in the Journey too short I feared an accident coming on. This Honda is the best car ever. Than you for finding him I named him nt fit. Right now he is glistening in the snow. Your all are the best I had a great experience . Karen was to the point. She gave a price and was willing to help. Everyone else gave prices that were to much and didn’t want to help. It was like pulling teeth at other places. Went to Karen she wanted to sell a car to me and did. I like how she was just straight forward with the process.
