I've been given the run around so much about my car's service (and their failure to diagnose/fix the problem) that I need new shoes. Every time I get into my six-month old Civic, I have to play "Will it Start?" and I'm fed up with it. I'm taking my car to another dealership to see if they can figure out what's wrong with it. Extremely unresponsive service department. You chase them and you never get any answers or resolution to the problem.
The new South Hills Honda building is beautiful. Went this morning for an oil change. They have express maintenance! Friendly staff and coffee. New waiting area is very comfortable. I was in and out in 30 mins. Thanks SH Honda.
