Researched Consumer Reports, Edmunds, USAA. Karen Bennett is a superb salesperson who merits 10 stars. She provided excellent professional and personalized assistance to me throughout the sales process. All paperwork was prepared on her desk when I arrived at 3:30 for my delivery appointment. However, due to multiple administrative issues clearly not in Karen's control and despite her repeated efforts to facilitate my car's delivery, I waited OVER AN HOUR to sign standard sales documents. I did not appreciate being forced to watch a video touting extended warranty plans when I clearly stated several times that I did not want any extended warranty. Nor did I appreciate having to wait for documents to be reprinted and then signing them again after I found the sales date was incorrect. I do not give permission for South Hills Honda to display either this information/comments or my image. This review form does not provide the option to opt out of both.
This was a great team and dealership to advocate for me my needs and wants in a car. Karen is amazing and made the experience quick, fun, pleasureable, and satisfying. If there was something that was unclear to me she was Seaver to answer politely and knowledgeable. She was even eager to give advice to my brother who accompanied me on my car search. She made she I was happy in every aspect of my purchase and her and her team were even willing to get to know us on a personal level. The South Hills Honda team made my day and was great in letting my family and I act as ridiculous as we wanted and shared many laughs with us. I look forward to doing business again with this dealer ship because they made it worth wild for myself. I will say it also helped that I went in with my research done except a few things I was unsure of that they were more than willing to help with. Thank you South Hills Honda, I will return again!
Karen Bennett is an excellent salesperson who made this a great experience. RJ, the sales manager, worked with me to come to a price I could afford. I noticed that when I looked at the car yesterday the fuel tank was about half full. It was at full when I picked up the car today. That's just one of many small but nice touches that made this a great experience for me. Thank you!
