George Conrad was very polite and helpful throughout the entire process of helping me to lease a car. He was patient and made sure I understood my lease and got the car that I wanted. He did not try to pressure me into anything and did not give off the “salesman vibe”. I got a good price on my lease and I would definitely work with him again in the future.

From the moment we arrived to driving away in our new car, our salesman Mark Neeson and the rest of the Spangler staff was helpful, courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with. Mark Neeson met us when we entered the dealership and he was genuinely interested in what we wanted and how he could help. We were initially interested in a used Forester but ended up purchasing a new 2018 Forester and Mark helped us get what we wanted without the typical high pressure sales tactics employed by most dealerships/salesmen. We also quickly found out that all of the employees at Spangler had the same desire to help us and It made us feel like I was dealing with old friends, not a sales staff. I would highly recommend Mark Neeson, Sales manager Garrett Spangler and the rest of the staff.
This vehicle purchase (and I have had many!) was one of the most satisfying experience i have ever had at a dealership. All of my questions were answered thourally. George Conrad and Denise made me comfortable and were very knowledgable. They made sure I knew all of my options...without making me feel like I was being pushed into a decision that i didnt really want to make. In my eyes, they were as close to perfect at their jobs as is possible.
The entire team were pleasant, stopped to say hello and totally loved my dog, Lady. She was walked, watered and given snacks while I was doing my test drive and even afterward. Subaru really do love dogs! I felt like part of a family instead of a 'customer'. The Subaru Love Promise is real!
I have been invited back to visit at any time :-) which is a good thing because otherwise i might have to buy a few more cars!

Denise was understanding of my needs, and didnt pressure purchasing any "extras" when signing papers and buying warranties, insurances etc. She too was conscience of my time.
