I have just bought a BRAND NEW 2017 MY Range Rover Vogue TDV6 from James Frizelle Jaguar Land Rover Springwood.
Whilst test driving in their Demonstrator, the sales person Ian Ashley lied to me about many features which my vehicle does not have in fact. I found out his lies after I took the delivery of the vehicle on 10/10/2017.
The day after, that was on 11/10/2017, I discovered some defect paint damages on the tailgate of the vehicle, which came with the Brand New vehicle and should be repaired under New Car Warranty.
On the same day, I've contacted both James Frizelle Jaguar Land Rover Springwood Sales Manager Jonathan and Service Manager Lee Martin. And I raised this issue with the Dealership.
After more than 3 weeks of liaising, waiting and chasing, on 03/11/17, they came back to me and said the Dealership will NOT assist me on the repair and they refuse to offer any future warranty support.
The overall purchasing experience of this Brand New Range Rover Vogue with James Frizelle Jaguar Land Rover Springwood has been very terrible. However, I will NOT give up my rights as a Australian consumer.
