I bought my 2011 Cert Pre Owned Jeep Lib from them in 2012. Bought Triple Protection (not done well) and the extended warranty. Engine problems in Oct 2015. It is now April 2016. Brought the car in 5 times and they did not fix it. Store manager was unprofessional. I made an apt to meet him on my lunch hour - I was kept waiting 15-20 minutes, then he took a cell phone call that lasted another 5 minutes without saying "excuse me". I could hear the conversation and could tell it was not an important call. My extended warranty has a $250 one-time deductible with a $50 deductible after that. Somehow the first 5 "repairs" cost me over $1,000 and my car still has the same problem. Spoke to the manager about it and he would not refund any money. He spoke about wanting to make me happy but has done nothing to do so. I just called to make my 6th appointment and was told I would have a 30-day wait before they could get it in. Do not waste your time or money with this company - go to Anchorage.
