Since finding out the Sargeant Major had owned and operated a phenomenal gun shop I've never even considered shopping elsewhere for any of my weaponry needs. Your entire staff is outstanding and knowledgeable. All I can do is thank you guys for supporting me as a Veteran and lifetime customer. This particular experience was amazing. I dropped off my DPMS A-15 for a more comfortable backstock it was completed in a timely and professional manner and I'm more than satisfied with the quality. Thank you again.
I had a custom .300 win mag built. I went in and talked to Rob, I just told him what I had in mind and he took care of the rest. He put together an awesome rifle. Rob really knows his stuff. He knew exactly what needed to be done and what to order. The end product is truly something I can be proud of. When choosing an optic for the build the entire staff was helpful and took time to go over details with me to ensure I got the right optic for the rifle and its capabilities. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. I not only have a very capable rifle but a showpiece as well. Couldnt be happier. No BS, kept me informed, and knew their sh*t.
Ive purchased numerous firearms from Staudt's and they have cerakoted some items for me and Ive had an amazing experience every time. Not only do they treat you fair, they make you feel right at home. Its a cozy little store, packed with a punch. They offer a fantastic selection of firearms, and while you browse the store, there are always fun gun discussions happening with everyone in the store, so you are guaranteed to walk out of the store, smarter than when you walked in. If you like knowledge, fair prices and down to earth guys, Staudt's is the place.
Just purchased a handgun from Joshua. What a nice guy!!! Extremely helpful and very willing to answer all questions and he made sure we were comfortable with our purchase before leaving. Also encouraged our return if any further questions etc. Great conversation while our transaction was being completed.
Wonderful knowledgable staff. My wife and I have bought several pistols from Staudt's and ammo. They always have what we need. I have never thought about going to any other gun shop. Semper Fi!
I frequent here on a regular basis and have had nothing but positive experiences. Shop here with confidence folks.
I've purchased a few guns at Staudts. Pistols and shotguns, and had gunsmith work done on an older military rifle. Everyone at Staudts is helpful, courteous and professional. The selection is very good, prices are competitive and service is outstanding. I highly recommend doing business here, it's a great experience to buy your gun from a knowledgeable professional with integrity rather than someone who's just punching their timeclock and last week was working in the clothing department.
Staudt's has been a part of my sport therapy after a disability almost killed me. I regained strength and some confidence through target shooting. I don't shoot at human shaped targets and pray to God that never happens to anyone. As an Army brat, I grew up with responsible people around some amazing equipment. Good people doing the right things. I get that impression again when I visit this shop for buying firearms related items. I've seen them help an elder with an pellet gun, and they are well thought of by members of the local military, law enforcement, and hunting community. Beginner help to professional repair. I, among others, appreciate having this shop in our community. Thanks. Keep up the good work!
I do not think I will be bring my business here again. I bought a Remington 700 at Staudt's and I paid $40.00 dollars more than an other retailer had it listed because I wanted to support a local Marine's shop, being a former Marine myself. I received the rifle and it was drilled improperly by Remington. I sent the rifle back and 6 weeks later it was put together incorrectly again. I brought it to Staudt's to have the gunsmith look it over which I told was going to be free to look it over because it was a new rifle. When I went to pick up the rifle I was charged $50.00 for the gunsmithing fee. I was told by the gunsmith that they could not fix all of Remington's problems. Regardless I bought a new rifle, the least they could do is ensure the rifle I bought is to the standard of where a new rifle should be. Ultimately I paid close to a $100 more for a rifle than I could some place else.
The customer purchased a new Remington 700 from our shop in May of 2015. I did call him personally after he posted this review. When he went to mount his scope he discovered that the holes were not drilled and tapped properly by Remington. He brought it back to our shop and we packed it up and sent it back to Remington under their warranty. When it came back it was still not fixed properly and Remington told the customer they would not fix it again. In our shop we repaired it for the customer. It cost us over a 100.00 to fix and charged him 50.00. We are a business too and cannot repair guns that we did not manufacture for free. We are very sorry for Clinton's frustration and hope that he would return to our shop.
