Purchased a car from them almost a month ago. The service was great when we first inquired about the car to take it for a test drive, liked the car and applied for finance. They tried to sell us the zooper insurance and car protection (paint and interior protection, window tinting) we declined both. 2 days later, we received a call from them that the application had been approved and that we can sign the documents when we pick up the car. We told them that we can pick up the car same day, the finance officer then said that they needed to clean the car first and wanted us to pick up the car the next day and we told them that it’s fine but he kept insisting so we said okay. Next day came, documents signed and when it was time to hand-over the car, it took over an hour! Finally got it and it turns out they didn’t even clean the car! And they took off the window tinting that was already in the car when we took it for a test drive!!! There was adhesive marks present on the top of the windows when you wind them down evident of the removal!!! They also included the zooper insurance which we said NO to!!! We are so disgusted as well as disappointed due to this. We will never go back to them to purchase another vehicle ever again and do not recommend them to anyone at all.
