I've been going to Stretch for over three weeks for issues with plantar fasciitis in one foot. In that short time I've seen a lot of progress with the injury. My pain is less frequent and reduced and my flexibility has increased.
I've been a runner for a few years and in that time have had several nagging injuries (sprained MCL, ongoing meniscus issues, torn labrum in hip). Each physical therapist I've dealt with for those injuries has focused on the specific injury, and strengthening the appropriate area. What's different with Stretch is they are working with me from hip to toe on alignment, strength and flexibility. They understand my goal is to get back to running soon, and train for a half marathon in the spring. They've taken video of my running form twice, and took the time to make shoe recommendations. The therapists check on me on off days to see how my pain is.
I've had good experiences with physical therapists in the past, but I've been truly impressed by the therapists at Stretch. I love the attention and holisitic approach they are taking with getting me back on track with my running goals.
