Stretch PT was recommended to me from a fellow runner after I pulled my hamstring. I'm really glad I went. They figured out the underlying reason for the injury; eliminated my pain and got me on a good exercise program to make me stronger to avoid future injuries.
I have had pain when I sit for over a year due to hamstring issues; I started PT after pulling a hamstring on a run which made sitting and walking even more uncomfortable than it already was. After the 5th visit, I noticed for the first time in a year that I was able to sit "pain free" on my 45 minute drive to work and throughout the majority of the work day without pain or without the need to shift my weight off of one side. My flexibility has improved as well as my running pace (bonus!) I'm so glad someone in my running group suggested I come to Stretch PT!
