I bought a VW Polo Tsi and I still havent received the car mats as promised by the Sales executive on the first of June till date I understand that he is on leave but I would like for the issue to be resolved, on top of that I took my car in for service today and I was told that they waiting for wipers to be delivered to their branch from the parts department only to arrive at 4pm, the service was done by 2 but I have to wait for the whippers to be installed as its something they picked up to be faulty but when I asked if they would pick me up they told me that they do not collect from their branch to constantia kloof which is 11km away from where I was dropped off to the head office, I thought since they experiencing a delay in the installation of the wipers they would atleast offer to pick me up since I had already arranged for transport to take me back.
Please improve your service to existing customers instead of focusing on new clients it eliminates the bad word of mouth that can spreed really quickly
