A long delay on the day of vehicle delivery badly affected this rating, which is a real shame. The sales person was friendly, professional and helpful, as were all of the staff we met in the course of our visits to the dealership. Unfortunately at delivery time, a key member of the team was engaged with other customers, turning what could have been a seamless experience into an extended waiting time. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star rating. A good argument for multi-skilling and cross training all customer facing staff.
This is my first experience of purchasing a new vehicle and so I have nothing to compare it with - hence the four stars. The process was professional and all staff involved with my vehicle choice were most enthusiastic. A special thank you to the Finance team who made going into debt almost a positive experience. You do however need a separate lounge area so that waiting customers do not have to listen to other buyers' personal business.
