To start off , the sales people did not do their homework they just informed me the car had certain features I was looking for and the car didn’t end up having those feautures ,so they need to stop giving false information and Just be straight forward with a client .The car was delivered with 1/4 of gas not even half tank . I was informed you guys only do half tank for used cars which is dumb regardless I’m not getting the car for free. the last dealer I bought a used car from filled up my tank so not sure why you guys wouldn’t do the same if I’m spending a pretty penny on the car I purchased . Not just that, the car was not Well cleaned from the inside, it had food and trash underneath the carpets. When I took it back to have it rewashed it came out worse than the first time, the inside wasn’t even bothered to be cleaned ! I’m sorry but It was a half ass job. Stuart was awesome he was always attentive ! But the other sales people didn’t seem to give the best service or look out for the best interest of the client . At this point I am not a happy customer and therefore will refer people elsewhere when it comes to buying a used car . Never expected customer service to be like this . I’m not expecting anything for free in return but to just make you guys aware that your department of customer service needs Improvement because I know I’m not the only client with a complaint !
I was previously a Nissan car owner and was pleased with the customer service I received when I went into this dealership. All were very helpful and I was able to get into my new car at the end of a quick and easy process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
