I am a disabled veteran and fighting breast cancer.
I bought.... a catalytic converter, a complete tune-up???, struts, tires and brakes.

What did I get... a car that is too dangerous to drive....I was told to walk home from temecula to hemet knowing of my disability. I had to walk. I did so at age 64.
My service advisor Cesar Galindo and Jeremy Young who has always been a completely toxic and I usually try to avoid Jeremy young. I have had to put up with him to get my car serviced.
I got my back car back with deep purposeful scrapes and the grill kick in. If you complain the mechanics will retaliate.
The tune up left my car with oil leaking into the spark plugs.
The brakes no longer work... oh yeah, I am a woman and how dare I challenge the men...and they need to do more work.
I asked how am I to get home some 40-45 miles a way and I was told to rent a car around rental car closing time, which would be impossible and I did not have my phone and Cesar did not offer any assistance but to tell me to walk and with no other choice, I started walking as Cesar watched and laughing with others.
My car is still there and I cracked a rib walking and carrying my things.

A salesman that constantly harasses customers in the repair shop needs a restraining order to stop him. He is the dark complexion hispanic white, male with a ungodly tight suit or vest with pointed tan shoes. He was there saying "see you should let me sell you a car, repeatedly and he makes the places look like a shoddy used car place.
I am hiring a lawyer. It really is a white only place. You can buy a car and then they damage your car and expect you to buy another one during the first year.
Me I feel violently sodimized by Temecula Nissan,
almost 3,000 in repairs and none were done except the body damage done by the workers. The want more or buy a another Nissan Product. I never want to see another Nissan product again after dealing the Pedder Group or anything else they are selling, raceway ford, metro nissan, pedder nissan. Oh and save up for that new transmission replacement... 5,000.
Please stay away especially military and disabled from these people!!! I speak from experience from 2013 to 2015.
Notice the free water is gone ??? So is the service.

Brady was very condescending. He got frustrated because he didn't know how to drive a stick shift, left to go get help and never came back. He sent another salesman out to help me and I never saw him again. Leaving a overall rating of 5 stars because the salesman that came out after Brady was very kind and professional.

Bait and switch must be the Service Department's motto. When I arrived for a 25,000 mile service with a discount card that was mailed to me from the Temecula Nissan Dealership, offering a $9.95 oil change and a 20% discount for all recommended services, I was told by the Underwriter that this discount card wouldn't apply to you, and, "I'll take care of you with other discounts". When the $453.00 invoice was presented to me, I asked, " do you offer a Seniors or Veterans discount", and the Cashier replied, "yes, we offer a Veterans discount, but I would need approval from the Underwriter". The Cashier then contacted the Underwriter and the Underwriter declined the Veterans discount and the Cashier explained, "the Underwriter already gave you other discounts". So, does Temecula Nissan offer a Veterans discount, or not?
Based on the "bait and switch" unethical business practices and the disrespect for Veterans, I will never return to the Temecula Nissan Dealership.
I hope anyone reading my review will consider my review before ever taking one step on their propertu.

To start off , the sales people did not do their homework they just informed me the car had certain features I was looking for and the car didn’t end up having those feautures ,so they need to stop giving false information and Just be straight forward with a client .The car was delivered with 1/4 of gas not even half tank . I was informed you guys only do half tank for used cars which is dumb regardless I’m not getting the car for free. the last dealer I bought a used car from filled up my tank so not sure why you guys wouldn’t do the same if I’m spending a pretty penny on the car I purchased . Not just that, the car was not Well cleaned from the inside, it had food and trash underneath the carpets. When I took it back to have it rewashed it came out worse than the first time, the inside wasn’t even bothered to be cleaned ! I’m sorry but It was a half ass job. Stuart was awesome he was always attentive ! But the other sales people didn’t seem to give the best service or look out for the best interest of the client . At this point I am not a happy customer and therefore will refer people elsewhere when it comes to buying a used car . Never expected customer service to be like this . I’m not expecting anything for free in return but to just make you guys aware that your department of customer service needs Improvement because I know I’m not the only client with a complaint !
