From seeing the vehicle to purchasing the vehicle 5 days later, was an exceptional experience.
I came in on the 16th November 2018 and showed interest in the Haval H6C Luxury. I was assisted by Quinton who took my details and was meant to get back to me and arrange for a test drive. Till today, he hasn’t bothered to contact me. I’m puzzled as to why I must beg for you to get my Money. Pity the dealership that’s closest to me couldn’t be bothered to assist a potential client. I’ve had to resort to contacting the Cape Gate Dealership. They arranged for me to test drive the car, even brought the car to my work place. They’ve sorted out my finance and have already placed my order for the H6C Luxury I’m really not happy with the manner that I have been treated by the Claremont dealership. Your service is appalling and now you’ve lost out on a sale.
