It was my first time to deal with Titan Ford. It was fantastic, very interesting, enjoyable and if I was asked to be changing cars every month, definately I would be going to Titan every month, no where else. Starting with reception, phone call is attended to promptly and message passed on to recepient and you get a call back. With sales consultants and management. It is fabulous. They do what they have promised and even go further to ensure that you leave their premises a happy and satisfied customer. Huge thanks to Matt, Kevin, Jay and Jaraz for wonderful support, guidance and professional advice that enabled me to pick and purchase a very good car for my daughter. She screamed and shaded tears of happiness when she saw the car and I handed her the keys. She just couldn't believe her eyes. Car was decorated with balloons all over, great thanks to Kevin. Where to Start… I bought a brand new Ford Ranger and Let me tell you that I have received the worst experience ever.. this not my first time buying a brand new car so I can definitely say that Titan Ford has proven to be the worst when it comes to pre-delivery service, no-one bother to get in touch with me, I tried so many times to get in contact with them with no luck, so they could provide important information like finance options, insurance info, etc…) When I went to pick up the car, they fail to mention that i needed to bring a deposit Cheque which was never mentioned!! Do yourself a favour and get your new vehicle in a different Ford Dealer.
