Following up on an earlier review that I can’t have removed....After having my car towed there for an issue it was having, they made the appropriate repairs. A day later my car had to be towed back there for an issue that seemed to be related to the repairs that were done, however, the repairs that were done weren’t the issue. The car had a still unexplained issue, but Towne went the extra mile to address all my concerns. They had the car in their possession to see if they could identify any issues, test drive it around and ensure that the car was safe for me to drive. Overall having an issue with your car is never a good experience, but Towne made sure to help me through it and I appreciate all the time and effort they took with me.

I had my car towed here on a Tuesday after my car wouldn’t again. The following morning I gave them a call shortly after opening to explain my car was towed there & I wouldn’t be there for my appt but that my car is. They said my car started right up when they came in & wanted more info about what was going on. I explained my issue again & they said they’d take a look at it. They call me back later & explain they checked a bunch of things that could cause this & nothing seemed wrong. Earlier this year they recommended a fuel injection cleaning & the replacement of my pcv valve & said since nothing else was the issue they’d have to start there. I authorized them to go ahead because I knew something was wrong with my car despite them not being able to witness it. Once the repairs were done they said they’d like to keep it overnight just to continue starting it & seeing if the issue happens. I agree & get myself a rental car so I can get to & from work & say if I don’t hear from them by noon I’ll be coming to pick the car up. I get a call at 11:30 next day & they witnessed the issue of the car turning off once the heat is turned on. I get a call a few hours later that they determined the issue to be my fuel pump is working intermittently which is why they’re able to start it sometimes & not others. They break down the cost & at this point I’m not going to risk driving my car or paying to have it towed somewhere else to do the work & I explained I was upset about the original work that was done that didn’t resolve the issue & they did offer to split that cost if I chose to have the work for the fuel pump done there. I pick up my car the end of the day shortly before they close and drive home. When I get home, I notice there’s a scratch on my roof above the back door on the driver side. I take very good care of my car & I notice every detail about my car. I walk around my car every single time I leave a parking lot to give it a look over and make sure no damage occurred while I was at that lot. I’m not kidding, it’s one of the things in life that I am obsessive about. I know it happened by them, it’s a fresh scratch above the door in which they perform the fuel pump work through & I haven’t had my car for two days. I call & leave a message since they’re already closed by the time I get home. I am on my way to work the next day & my car stops working while on a three lane highway. I manage to safely get over to the shoulder and I try to start it & it’s not starting. I call the dealership & ask if there’s anyone I can speak to because my car was just there having a fuel pump replaced & it just broke down on my way to work. I am told to have it towed to them & they will diagnose what the issue is. I say this isn’t a coincidence that my car was just there & now broke down on my way to work. My car has never had any major issues other than standard maintence & the issue that is occurring is clearly related to the fuel pump that was just replaced & I shouldn’t have to pay to have it towed. Now I am hysterical because it’s freezing & I’m in my car on the shoulder during rush hour & I’m terrified. She connects me with the supervisor who explains their tow truck can’t get me for 2 hours & they’ll reimburse me for tow through my insurance. Get it towed there, they look at it, say I was out of gas which is why I broke down & they’re no longer paying for the tow (which was only $44 because my insurance covers 20 miles). I know 1000% my car was not out of gas. I had about 70 miles until empty when it stopped on the highway. I would’ve gotten gas the night before if I needed it because I don’t like getting gas in the morning on my way to work. Why would I have my car towed to their dealership if the issue was needing gas? I don’t know what happened but I don’t trust them anymore and I will never bring my car back here. I left that day hysterical & not feeling safe in my car. They also didn’t fix the scratch because there’s no way for them to know they did it which is complete bull. It was on the roof above where the mechanic does work so clearly he had something on the roof that scratched it when he took it off. Do not take your car here.

We went to this dealership to simply shop around for a new car, with no intention of making any formal decisions.
Thanks to the excellent salesperson we had, we are now driving a beautiful 2018 Tucson. Lou Sotelo was extremely patient with two seniors who have long dreaded the process of buying a car. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns with no "high pressure" sales tactics. He is to be commended for his outstanding knowledge and professional manner. Thank you Lou!

My sister Patty Hill introduced me to Joe & his assistants. She is on her 3rd Hyundai purchase & my first. We both purchased a 2017 Towson & I'm enjoying it so much. Joe is an outstanding salesperson, friendly, honest and willing to help with all questions, concerns and very caring. His assistants were outstanding also helping with all our needs. I have been buying and leasing cars with Joe Ippolito at Towne Hyundai since 2004. Joe Ippolito is the best salesperson I have ever encountered. Mr. Ippolito is professional, sincere, and most of all cares about what his customers want. I would recommend Mr. Ippolito as a salesperson, whenever someone I know is interested in buying a car. Also, Mr. Ippolito's staff was extremely helpful today and appreciate all of their help today too!
