Went in for an oil change for my RAV4. Service advisor said a 2 hour wait? ok, at the two hour mark I had to go find my advisor to get the status of my car. wasn't sure if I was going to have to leave it overnight?? Turns out my paperwork was on the desk waiting for who knows how long. I was waiting in the lobby for 2 hours no communication at all. in addition, the valet couldn't find my car because it was parked in a different lot waiting. Very disappointed. Had I not asked I would still be there waiting......G Mechanics are very good. Service is beginning to slip. 8 year customer of Toyota of El Cajon.
