My initial experience and contact with the dealership was not the best. I came in as a walk-in and it happened to be a VIP sale day which I was unaware of and as I was not one of these registered VIPs i was put to the back of the line. Now, i get everyone was busy, but there was no clear communication about this and I waited around for ages with no assistance. All this could have been resolved with a quick chat about what was happening and I would have come back another day instead of keeping me there.
After that day, I had contact with Scott who took me for the test drive and he was good- really informative, not pushy and answered my questions. Next Jeanette took over and she was also good. Kept me informed about the progress and status of my vehicle and was quick to respond to anything.
My delivery process was quick and easy and I am happy with my vehcile.

We appreciated all the help that was given to us from Paul & Liz.We originally had our loan through a bank who were charging us a ridiculous interest rate and Liz was able to improve that and offer us a deal that was acheuveable for us. Paul was great at assisting what type of car we needed & it was great to have someone to go to with so much knowledge regarding the new car. We are so thrilled with our experience & will recommend to anyone we know buying a new car.
