It was great when all my questions were answered after the day of confirmation of sale and then delivery of the vehicle. Getting answers pre sale that ‘that’s not my department’ is not good despite a great understanding of the vehicle. No sledging here but just a thought to get all the team on the same page, no matter who first took my first phone call. We are all learning every day from young to old and having the rules of engagement and facts all about the product to be sold (even on a bit of paper in their top drawer) would work well. Team work is paramount and my intial contact at the dealership was great although taking the above comments onboard could be worth thinking about. It also may be worth splitting the the sales people credits over no matter who was involved in the whole sales pitch.
