Ordered Outdoor blinds and curtains 18/02, made 3 phone calls to arrange installation 30/04 (10 weeks from original order) - day before being told sorry curtains are not ready and they cannot reach the manufacturer. NOT HAPPY paid for product that have not received. Now waiting on a phone call to advise if and when my curtains will be ready, one very unhappy customer
Rang Victory and organized a quote on the 11th February 2019, rep ( Liz)said she would get back to me that afternoon with quote, still waiting, have rang three times and requested to speak to the rep (Liz) and have not had a call back, we have ordered three homes with Victory in the past 15 years and I was hoping to place an order for 8 large blinds for an investment property we have but am so annoyed that no one has bothered to contact me, no customer service whatsoever, my last call I was informed that a manager would call me to discuss, still waiting on the call from a week ago, I have ran several businesses over the last 35 years and I cannot believe the poor customer service I have received, if I was a manager of Victory, I would certainly want to know what type of service my staff are giving people, so disappointed and would never recommend anymore
My elderly parents have been waiting 3 months for their outdoor blind. All they hear are rubbish excuses and install dates that never happen. They've paid all but $100 of the purchase price, so I guess Victory Blinds is just happy to take money from the elderly and then snowball them. I would NEVER use this company. If I could give them a negative star rating, I would have
Beware!! This company charges $95 call out fee to fix their faulty blinds under warranty!!!
We spent thousands on our curtains and blinds approx 4 years ago and all starting to fall apart... that means $95 each time a blind/curtain falls apart - what a joke!! I wonder if this is even legal! Not to mention good customer service... :rage:
I guess they forgot to mention this when they gave us the quote and said we have 5 years warranty BUT at a cost!. :moneybag::moneybag:
Do your research folks - there are far better blind companies out there that do not change anything for warranty repairs.
Victory blinds are happy to send out someone to provide a free quote but charge to send someone out to fix their faulty product under warranty - this company needs to review their processes/procedures!!
I highly recommend this company- from the initial consultant to the office staff to the installers - attention to detail, care and very professional. I am so delighted with the end result. A brilliant job. Thank you so much.
