We found a car we liked online during lockdown which meant we relied on communication with our sales consultant Harry Patel for all information about the car and how we would go about purchasing it. We have never bought a car sight unseen never mind no test drive but Harry made it all very easy and was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our many questions. He guided us through the process of our trade-in vehicle and purchase of our Honda HRV. Harry delivered our vehicle and we then had 24 hours cooling off period to really test the car out. We loved it and would totally recommend Western Honda and Harry and the rest of the staff.

Went to West Melbourne Honda then yesterday to Essendon Honda both gave us excellent services. Today we decided to check out Western Honda down at Caroline Springs. My wife were looking for ZRV VTiL. We were just browsing around and was feeling relax as no sales people hunting us down breathing behind your ear. 20 minutes or so Holly approached us and I mentioned I want to trade in my KIA Stonic and Carsales 'Instant Offer' quoted $19700. Long story short I said if they accept my price of $20000 then they have my business NOW. 10 minutes later we signed the contract. We saw the Crystal Black out the front and decided to buy that colour. It will arrive in April. I found Holly is very soft spoken, very knowledgable (before I visited dealerships I spent weeks researching the ZRV) and torn between New Hyundai Kona with its nice interior etc but it has a 6 months waiting list and I m concern about its quality (my 2017 Tucson I bought new was leaking piston oil only into its 2nd year and only 24000Kms. And now at 68000Kms the oil leaking). And I had 4 Hondas since and my 1st was a CRV in 1998 and happy about its quality. ZRV Have soft interior and not all hard plastic. Did test drive AFTER I signed the contract as I am confident it's a Honda and wow 135Kw of power. I am glad we picked the Crystal Black (never own a black car before as its a high maintenance) but happy with the choice as its looks bigger than its white ZRV I saw. And I heard AFTER I left they sold 9 more Hondas. Maybe it's my 'Year of the Dragon' and being a Dragon I brought luck with my present there...,haha. It does happens a lot whenever I went to a place and suddenly people start coming in. BTW I also traded in my KIA and Western Honda allowed me to use it until the next week as well and I also given the opportunity if I can sell it (its advertised at Carsales.com) for more than just give them the cash of trade in value. Its I like about Honda as few years ago a Honda Dealership in Perth gave me same opportunity. Thank you Holly (Moore) and thanks for the coffee and the test drive. Also Western Honda even gave me until next Saturday to hand over my Kia and since I advertised at Carsales yesterday if I can get slightly more, than I just hand them the cash.
