The sales person I deal with 'sunil ' was a fantastic guy. As i entered in nissan caroline spring i felt welcomed and sunil helped alot in buying my new car . He helped me modify the car to the way i want it to be. I am so happy the staff were all friendly and very very helpful with all my needs. From the time we walked in Rob met us with a friendly face and calm persona. He was happy to learn about us and did not endeavour to push any vehicle onto us. He was genuine and professional in his service to us.
The Finance department was also extremely friendly and helpful and were not intimidating in any way. Jennifer was extremely efficient in handling the myriad of papers involved in purchasing a new vehicle through their finance.

got approved for my car on a Wednesday the paper work was mostly done but had to wait until the Monday to get the car should of not taken that long considering that they told me they had two qashqai ti in stock ,the staff enjoy sucking up to you but once you sign papers everything is set they don’t care also giving me quarter tank of fuel after spending that amount of money I should of got a full tank
