I can't praise the Western Nissan staff enough for the way they treated me (and my adult sons, who were helping me) - they were all friendly and welcoming. I particularly appreciated the customer service I received from the salesman I was dealing with, John Cundaris. He was attentive without being at all pushy and treated me very kindly. Overall he came across as just a really nice person. Although he all knew I was a budget customer, he treated me (and my sons) so well I felt like I was a VIP. The big bow on my new car as a presentation when I bought it was just another example of their wonderfully lovely and caring service. The whole experience was overwhelmingly positive. And as for the car - I've had it a month now and I still drive with a big smile on my face. My little Nissan Pulsar is just so perfect for me and looks awesome and I couldn't be happier.
My partner and I came in looking for a new ute for him as we have just recently had a baby and needed a second car that fitted a car seat and was reliable and safe. We were approached by Rob Mercer who was nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. We had a certain amount we were adamant on spending and after much negotiation our price was met. I purchased a Brand Spanking New Nissan X-Trail Ti T32 2014 model last October 2014. Since day 1 driving the car, it has been Serviced at Western Nissan Caroline Springs until it started having issues last December 2016. On December 6 2016, we have our X-Trail service (MAJOR) paid almost $500. After 2 weeks of driving the Car, an obvious noise started to arise while Accelerating. This never occurred before. So, I took the car to Nissan Dealer in Caroline Springs last 10/01/2017 to get it fixed. I have no issues with the Rep Troy & Garry who I understand they just work for their and I do not blame them on anything. Except I was NOT provided a LOAN CAR for a week. I have to call them pretty much everyday requesting for one as I have 3 kids. They kept stating they don't have a Loan car available until I posted a Bad review about their company. Funny enough the next day, they called me stating there a Loan Car Available. I'm now writing this today about 6 weeks from the day I dropped my X-Trail to Nissan Dealership in Caroline Springs on 10/01/2017 and still being fixed.
I was advised that they have replaced the part the they deem faulty but still making a noise. I guess this is a MAJOR fault not a Minor fault when I was ORIGINALLY advised at the very beginning. If this still cannot be fixed within a reasonable acceptable timeframe, I would want a brand new replacement car or a refund. If not adhere to my request, next step would be to VCAT with my solicitor.
Sunny & Tim were amazing!! I was extremely happy with there customer service, Sunny even went to the trouble of taking all my stuff from my old car to my new car (before purchase) just to prove the boot was going to fit what I needed it too. Overall my experience was awesome & would throughly recommend them.
