My wife's vehicle had issues where you would be driving and the wheels would feel like they locked up for a second. It also had loss of power to the point where you couldn't drive it one time. We called Dodge and the service man named Derek. Told her over the phone that it's the spark plugs. I didn't realize that they knew how to diagnose Vehicles over the phone. So she brought it in and spent $400 on spark plugs. We get the vehicle back and it does the same exact thing. So we call and complain and Derek has us bring the vehicle back in. He then tells me right to my face that the vehicle is fixed they just had to reset the computer. $100 later. Same day same problem with our vehicle. So we call again and complain and we bring the vehicle in to which Derek calls and states the clutch has issues in the transmission and we need a $4, 000 transmission. Even though I clearly told him the codes from AutoZone where transmission they still decided not to look at the transmission. Then I speak with Derek on the phone and he tells me that they are going to cover the cost of looking at it because we have had it there two times already. Then my wife received an email stating that Derek is charging us to pick up our vehicle. By far the worst service person I have ever dealt with in my life. Extremely rude to my wife. Very friendly to me but I knew it was fake. Because he was extremely rude to her. He also likes to lie to people's faces and tell them that their vehicles fixed when it clearly isn't. I will never go back to this Dodge in my life. Customer service rating is a -10 in my opinion.
