We were looking for a used 2nd car with a 4 wheel drive to drive in winter. We are very disappointed in Wilde. This is our 2nd vehicle from a Wilde that didn't go well and our last. Wilde Honda advertised a 2006 Honda Pilot and in that advertisement said it was fully loaded with very nice features for a 2006 and one was a navigation system. Our salesman said this particular Pilot is in mint condition compared to most 2006 Pilot's being sold. The navigation system was the selling point the salesman kept pushing at us and then again it was by the sales manager. Because it was a used vehicle they gave us our typical 30 day warranty and Wilde guaranteed that everything was working. It had just past their inspection for sale. If we found anything and we had any trouble we had 30 days to bring it in for service and they would fix it. Well, the wonderful feature of the navigation system wasn't working, among some other small things.. But the one feature that they kept on selling to us, they won't fix. A feature they kept pushing to sell this car we were told worked and we were excited to have on our 2006 Honda Pilot. We were lied to and mislead by Wilde. Wilde falsely advertised this car. Customer service isn't at all what it once was!

Tyler Zane was a great person to work with. We came down from Washington Island and he kept in touch with us beforehand to make sure we felt taken care of before we even got there. He was very knowledgeable, likeable, humorous and a genuine person. We have now bought 2 cars from you all and will continue to do so. Bought a vehicle almost 2 months ago, drivers side mirror was damaged, I was told they would replace it, after my sons has placed several calls to get the mirror replaced, it is still not taken care of. I am a 74 year old struggling with cancer and do not need this added stress in my life, I will never do business with them again and I will make sure the media is informed of their business practices (making promises they have trouble keeping) just to make a sale.

This is the last place you should go to get your car serviced. Last week I was there to get my car service. They suggested me to go for 45K service and I said ok for that. They estimated 190$ and I showed them the costco service coupon which should give me 15% discount. They guy over there said, they can give 10$ discount max and the amount was down to 180$. I told them couple of issues and none of them were taken care during service. Also, the car was not washed which they mentioned it as complimented service. Also, final bill came to 200$ and I don't see any line for discount or anything which I should get from the costco coupon. I feel very much cheated. Please don'y go there and waste your money.

Jon Kent is great to work with. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle he took me seriously, was respectful, willing to make it work, and straightforward to the buying experience.
