I already knew what I had wanted when I went to the dealership, but I wasn't pressured into trying out other cars that may have been more expensive. The service was great, the salesman was extremely helpful, and I'm probably going back there again for my second car!

Too rushed. Lead to a poorly cleaned vehicle (poorly vacuumed, surface scratches that could have been hand buffed out, dirty windows, protective plastic still in place, unclean spots on bumper plastic, plus more), no explanation of any of the functions of the vehicle, rear license was cut off from the old vehicle (I’m sure hurriedly) to get onto the new car rather than using a penetrant to loosen and remove license bolts properly. Sales person and finance rep were both friendly and perhaps the only redeeming quality in the whole experience.
I purchased my car yesterday from Robert Burns. And wanted to take the time to share my experience. Robert was a pleasure to work with (which is rare these days) At no time did I feel pressure or rushed. He was trustworthy, he listened to me, he made the hole process Quick and painless, clear communication, no games, he was a Professional and polite salesperson, and went above and beyond. No matter where he may end up, next time I go to buy I can I would seek him out! Hope they realize what an excellent employee they have!

I was happy about the price; best price among a dozen dealerships I was negotiating with. When I arrived, they had the vehicle we agreed on all ready for me. However, after taking a stroll through the lot, I found the exact car that I wanted and they graciously rearranged all of the paperwork and got that ready instead in a reasonable time. Robert was and continues to be helpful.

This has been such a disappointing, time consuming experience! We bought a minivan on July 3rd. July 4th we realize the horn doesn’t work. We take it in to get it fixed, and very thankful they took care of it and we didn’t have to pay, but this is very concerning, because that should have been checked during the safety inspection before selling the vehicle. What else didn’t they check? 3 weeks later the air conditioning does not get cold. We take it into a service shop by our house in West Bend. They say there is a leak by the back compressor and it will cost around $1,300. Sigh....no way! And the maddening thing about this is, when we test drove it my husband mentioned to our sales guy, Tyler, that the air did not feel that cold. He just played it off and said, well it’s hot out and the vehicle is black so it takes longer. At this point it should have been cold, but we brushed it off, now we are in this mess. We took it in again to Wilde Honda , and yes, it will cost $1,300 to fix. My husband talked to the used car manager and they said they will pay 50/50. We are glad about this, but it still doesn’t sit right with us since my husband mentioned it on the test drive. Wilde Honda will not be our first choice if we ever have to buy a car again.
