Jakob listened to what we were looking for, our budget and more importantly he was patient with me when I would change my mind. :) He spent time with us even on the trips we were unsure what we wanted and knew we weren't ready to make a purchase.

I just didn't feel that the salesman was really listening to what we were asking. The whole process took WAY TOO LONG in my opinion, and if he would have just listened to our request from the beginning, we could have found out earlier that our financing option wasn't going to work and we could have adjusted from there. My husband and I were getting incredibly frustrated. Afterwards, we worked with Mike to sign all the paperwork and set financing in stone and he was INCREDIBLY helpful and answered our questions and listened. I felt much more comfortable after that.
