While our Sales Person was amazing....our actual experience with Wilde Honda was not good. When we initially test drove this vehicle the coolant light was on - we were told they would top off the coolant and that eventually the light would go off - fast forward 9 days and now the radiator is cracked and Wilde Honda won't work with us to fix. When we started digging into the paperwork, we also discovered that we purchased two additional packages (ding & dent and oil changes) - this WAS NOT explained to us that these were separate and an additional 1000.00. This experience has been horrible and we will NEVER buy another vehicle from Wilde Honda. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Wilde Jeep prior to this and WILDE just lost a customer. We will be looking elsewhere when it comes time to purchase a vehicle again. WE highly recommend you look elsewhere for a used vehicle!! I'm sure there are other dealerships out that that won't screw you over!!
