I drove 30 minutes to try to purchase a Pilot, by the time I got there the color I wanted had sold. The dealership made it worth my while to choose a 2nd color choice. I took the car home on 1/31 and only 100 miles later I had car problems. I was not happy!! I could tell the the staff was not happy that I was not happy..
The GM stepped in and made it right, and immediately I could see everyones spirits were lifted. One employee told me this is why I like working here. Folks, I buy a lot of cars, 3-4 a year, and I can only name a few experiences like this. As a value buyer or otherwise known as a bottom feeder, I would gladly pay extra to receive this kind of service.
