Too rushed. Lead to a poorly cleaned vehicle (poorly vacuumed, surface scratches that could have been hand buffed out, dirty windows, protective plastic still in place, unclean spots on bumper plastic, plus more), no explanation of any of the functions of the vehicle, rear license was cut off from the old vehicle (I’m sure hurriedly) to get onto the new car rather than using a penetrant to loosen and remove license bolts properly. Sales person and finance rep were both friendly and perhaps the only redeeming quality in the whole experience.

The gentalmen who handled the bank and the signing was pushy and badgering. He talked me into a gap coverage which I don't need and wouldn't take no for an answer. Felt like I was pressured into buying it. After getting a higher interest rate then I was told over the phone by salesmen it was lowered only after I agreed to buy the maintenance coverage. Felt like a scam and we will not be returning to this dealership. I'm sure we won't be seeing this review on there web page:(

I am very pleased with my experience at this dealership thanks to Chris Krause. I went in twice and after the first time he told me he'd keep an eye out for anything that was- 1. In my price range, and 2. met all my needs. He went above and beyond with this and I ended up going home with a wonderful car on my second visit. I am beyond happy with the customer service that was provided to me and with my beautiful car.

I purchased a new care last week and the woman in finance, Natalia, was the rudest person I've ever met. She asked if I wanted any of the warranties more than 10 times! I understand if you ask 2 maybe 3 times, but after that it gets extremely annoying. I had been at the dealer for 3 hours already, and she was only making it even longer because she wouldn't accept no as an answer. Yes, you are trying to make sales, but don't piss off your customers. After I continued to say no she walked away from her desk and sent a different person over to finish up the paper work. Rude! Do not be rude to someone because they did not purchase a warranty. I am appalled at how she treated me, and she should NOT be working in customer service.
