Pulled into lot to look at a specific Used Ford Escape and Max Mazur met us at the car to guide us through the process of purchasing it. Max was energetic and friendly. Knowledgeable and efficient in answering questions we had. Good Sales Person. We did buy the car and drove it home a few hours later and are very satisfied.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. They had said the car was being service checked on Monday through Wednesday, it wasn't. They said the care was being cleaned on Thursday and Friday, it wasn't the car was a complete mess on the inside. When we showed up at the dealership at 10am on Saturday we were told the car was not ready it was still being service checked and they were fixing some issues with the car. We were told the care would be ready by 2pm. The care still was not ready until 4:15 to 4:30. When we took it for a test drive the car started to smoke. The sales person said it was just due to the power washing they had done to it since they washed the engine and its mounts. Then the warning for the car overheating came on and the car continued to smoke. It had blown a coolant line or had a leak the engine was covered in antifreeze. We wasted a day waiting for a test drive. There were other spots in the dealership were cars had been parked in the sale lot that had obviously been leaking oil and I found a wiper blade laying in an empty slot. I could not recommend this dealership. They did apologize but no effort to compensate us for the wasted time and poor experience.

Disappointed that multiple individuals tried to take advantage of us in saying that we had to pay an additional $595 for the acquisition fee when clearly in the advertising it stated it was already included in the advertised monthly payment. I Ultimately finally got this included. Also asked multiple times if I would have to pay anything when returning this vehicle after the lease period and three different individuals stated no. Unfortunately I didn't review closely nor was it pointed out that I had to make the equivalent of another's monthly payment. So much for telling me Wilde Honda will take care of the first payment and I will only have to pay 35 months. Be very careful in leasing here!

Had a very good experience with Tom at Wilde Honda. Went in and traded my 02 TL Type S (I still love you baby), for a Honda Ridgeline. Sales was very quick and took all the steps to make me feel comfortable in the office. I've bought many used cars before and this was the quickest and most painless experience I've ever had.

Jon was an amazing man to work with. He was patient with me as I exlpored many of the cars in the lot, and encouraged me to test drive them to experience the car to decide if it was right for me. He was very clear and to the point when he demonstrated all of the cars features, and was knowledgeable about many different makes ans models. I enjoyed working with Jon because I felt like I could trust I was buying the right car based on his experience and knowledge of the differents cars.

Found car on internet 2006 Tucson nice car, took for test ride and was very pleased. Then it all started, went to put deal together and that happy good feeling I had about this dealership went down the drain. I spent over an hour negotiating a deal with the sales person only for them to come back after the offer I gave them was accepted by sails person and add service fees and jack price back up to were we started. Waste of time all I wanted to do is buy a car. I was contacted after all this and was not being listened too on what happened (very draining experience)
