I'm glad that it worked out. As a consumer that haven't bought a car in 10 years...my experience was better then I thought. COULD be better! I understand and realized you need to make money to stay open BUT when I asked for the best deal U have...just give me the best deal. It saves us both time and money.
I am a loyal and fair customer...don't need to change my view about buying a car any worst than I have experienced in the past! So I'm glad that the process was a lots less painful!

I don't buy cars too often, so I was surprised to see how busy Wilde Honda was, especially for a Monday. Nice and friendly atmosphere, very knowledgable and cordial staff. My salesperson, Jon Kent, did everything to make my experience at Wilde Honda as smooth and pleasant as possible. Great experience overall and great price for my new Accord, well used, but new for me anyway.
Overall I had a good experience at Wilde Honda in Waukesha. The sales person was personable and engaging. However, the finance person was pushy and overbearing. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. They have a great selection of new and used vehicles!

Over the years I have purchased a fair amount of vehicles but I would have to say this dealership was the best experience I have ever had, Jon Kent my salesman was a pleasure to work with and Will in Finance was as well!! The gentalmen who handled the bank and the signing was pushy and badgering. He talked me into a gap coverage which I don't need and wouldn't take no for an answer. Felt like I was pressured into buying it. After getting a higher interest rate then I was told over the phone by salesmen it was lowered only after I agreed to buy the maintenance coverage. Felt like a scam and we will not be returning to this dealership. I'm sure we won't be seeing this review on there web page:(

My salesman, Jon Kent, was very accommodating. He was more than happy to show me a multitude of vehicles and answer a majority of my endless questions regarding them. Once I had decided on a vehicle to purchase and returned with my money, the closing process took a little long (about 1.75 hours), in my opinion, as I had filled out some of the paperwork prior. In the end, though, I believe I got a great vehicle for a fair price and am pleased to have done business with Wilde Honda.

We bought a Certified Used Honda Pilot this weekend. Our salesperson, Jon Kent, was great to work with. He helped me set up my phone to use it with the Bluetooth feature. Showed how to use some of the other features. The financing part of the process was quick and smooth. We were getting ready to leave during a snowstorm and one of the wipers wasn't working. Jon took the car back to the service area and replaced the wiper blade. Very good customer service. Thanks, Jon!

It was very busy at the dealership and we were pressed for time but the team got us on our way with our car in less than 3 ours from our arrival. That includes a lengthy test drive to make sure we were happy with the car.

I received a quick follow up from Jon Kent on my inquiry via Wilde Honda's website. Jon was awesome, he locked in a deal with me and got me financed within a single business day, all via phone and email.
As an out of town buyer it was important to me to get all of the details squared away prior to coming in to pick up the car. Jon made sure everything was ready to go. He worked with the nuances of me being a buyer in a different state and had all of the paperwork queued up and ready for me upon my arrival. He even went the extra mile by picking me up at the airport.
