Even after purchasing prepaid oil changes - I’ve stopped coming to Wilde and just get my oil changes at scrub a dub now.
There have been multiple times I come for a first come first serve oil change and get turned away. Also seemed to always miss the precious window of their shuttle service.
They burned me enough times with turning me away that I don’t even bother anymore. Thought I’d save money and time with prepaid oil changes. The result was a total opposite.
