BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a Toyota Sienna from Wilde back in 2012. During the purchase of this vehicle I was sold an extended vehicle warranty for $1500 that I was told would cover my newly installed DVD players for 7 years or 70000 miles. After 6 years we started having issues with them not working. When I brought my vehicle in to be serviced, I was informed that my warranty would not cover them. When I questioned why, multiple Wilde employees informed me that the salesman that sold me the warranty must not have known how it worked and that this warranty would not cover my DVD players. After everyone that I reached out to for help at Wilde told me they could not help me any further I called the general manager for the dealership Joe Zanella. After a long conversation with him explaining my situation he basically blew me off saying that we was sorry that I was misled, but that he would do nothing for me. He informed me that even though his employee gave me bad information, it was basically my fault for trusting him and the information he provided. Needless to say I will not be returning with any of my business to this dealership in the future. Customer service does not seem to be a priority here, but taking other people’s money under false pretenses is.
Andy, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we take your feedback very seriously. We are disappointed that your experience with us did not exceed your expectations. Although the situation you described is not typical for Wilde Toyota, we plan to use your comments to hopefully identify areas for further improvements.

This was our first new car, and our first time buying with Wild Toyota. Giusepple is a very good salesman. He kept going back to see what else he could do for us and then delivered. He's smart and knows everything we asked him about . He went through everything on the car so we would understand how it worked. We couldn't asked for more. Anthony Smith on financing was very good also, he got the best deal for us by going over what choices we had, and got us a loan with our credit union. All the people at Wild Toyota are knowledgeable and very nice and make it easy to buy a car

Our sales person was David Johnson.. He was excellent to work with. He answered all of our questions and very willing to get answers for the questions he didn't have the answers for. We did test a number of cars which he had ready for us each time. The financial process is a bit long but there is a lot to go over and understand. I give this experience a 4 star because when we were delivered the car they did not have 2 keys for it. I would expect all cars would be prepared for delivery with 2 keys ready to be given to the buyer. We were told the manager would look for another key or have another one made for us.
I really hope this does happen and happens soon. In the past we keys go MIA at home or locked one set in the car. I do not feel secure knowing I have just 1 key.

I wanted to thank Tony very, very much for all of the time he put in with helping my husband and me pick out a newer vehicle. He was so accommodating and so patient with us. I wanted to thank “Q” as well for his working late to get us situated in the paperwork/finance dept.
We are enjoying our new reliable vehicle!!!!!

From past few weeks I am looking for a car. One of my friend suggest Wilde toyota. So I visited the wilde. I was looking for camry's. The sales person I have worked is Tyler Menting. I had very very bad experience with this guy. he don't even know how to talk to the customer. I have never seen this kind salesperson. He is very rude and not even polite. I felt the deal was not good so I didn't buy the car. l went back to home. later, I received a text to my mobile from Tyler some with some sarcastic message. I want to talk to higher managers or officials of wilde to discuss this issue.

I request manager of Tyler. Please teach him how he needs to talk and behave professionally with customers. Because I don't want you to lose another customer.

Wilde Toyota: Please hire some professional salesperson's.
