I always go to David Olguin for service advice. He's very honest and knowledgable. He always finds me a deal and only suggests a service when it's really needed. I would highly recommend to work with him.
I recently made an appointment to have my truck serviced. I needed an oil change and an emissions check. when I arrived I was greeted by Eric Johnson, the Assistant Service Manager. He took my information and checked the records. After looking at my service records he stated that I had a free oil change coming (who doesn"t like FREE). I said great! While I was waiting Eric found me and showed me my cabin filter, it was beyond dirty. He asked if I would like it changed. Usually I would do this myself, but since I had a FREE oil change, I said go ahead. When I left after my truck was done I noticed that the blower was making a horrible noise. I drove right back in and showed Eric. He said that there might be some more debris that needed to be cleared out. My truck disappeared one more time. when Eric found me this time he told me that the fan blade was damaged and would have to be replaced. I was expecting the worst when he said that he was unsure if they had done it or if it was broken earlier, so because of that, he would cover the cost. In my almost 70 years I have had many occasions to have my vehicles serviced. When I was younger I did all the work myself, not so much as of late. There have only been a handful of times where I felt the way i was treated was outstanding. This was indeed one of those times. Eric made what could have been a bad experience and made it great! Thank you for that!
Recent buyer of a used car. Nice vehicle but the dealership needs to be be more careful in the information it provides on equipment and options on their vehicles. The vehicle was advertised to have "Satellite Radio" which apparently doesn't necessarily mean "XM Sirius Radio". When I explained to the sales manager that I think most people would expect XM radio with such an advertisement, all I ended up with was an "I am sorry". I was hoping for and expecting a better resolution. P.S. Brad, the sales consultant was great. Unfortunately won't be able to recommend the dealership to our many family and friends.
