David D greeted us outside the door, on a very cold day. He was friendly, patient, and worked genuinely hard to assist us. He worked smoothly with his support team at the right times. Our experience was excellent.

We took our Toyota Corolla to Wilde to check out some concerns we had about our brakes. David Olguin assisted us and had a mechanic check it out. Good news is that all it needed was a minor brake adjustment. David was honest, helpful and stayed in touch with us while the car was being looked at. All in all a really good experience with David O at Wilde Toyota. I will return when needed and ask for David in the future!

Jamie Shay did a great job helping me buy my Lexus tonight!! Thanks for your attentive style and determination figuring out the Bluetooth!! I went to Wilde because I had heard good things and I wanted a Toyota (a notoriously reliable vehicle) but after my experience there, I will never go back. My used car salesman, Terry, was pushy, manipulative, and always made me feel like he had something better to do. Terry acted like he knew what he was doing but clearly did not. He was very unorganized with my purchase. I waited at the dealership for 5 hours, with him saying that I would get the car, only to find out we did not have the proper documents, which they knew in the first hour! When I came back the next day with the documents, it took an additional three hours (most of which where trying to sell me on unnecessary items/warranties)! Communication was awful! Finally, when I was ready to go and just needed the keys, Terry was no where to be found. I had to ask another salesman to find him to give me the keys. I will never go back to Wilde and would not recommend them to anybody else.

Austin was my sales rep and he was very personable and comfortable to talk to. We had a great time finding a new car for me. Everyone at Wilde always treats me like family and that's why I will always be a loyal customer! You guys are excellent, always 5 stars in my book!
