I went to Wilde because I had heard good things and I wanted a Toyota (a notoriously reliable vehicle) but after my experience there, I will never go back. My used car salesman, Terry, was pushy, manipulative, and always made me feel like he had something better to do. Terry acted like he knew what he was doing but clearly did not. He was very unorganized with my purchase. I waited at the dealership for 5 hours, with him saying that I would get the car, only to find out we did not have the proper documents, which they knew in the first hour! When I came back the next day with the documents, it took an additional three hours (most of which where trying to sell me on unnecessary items/warranties)! Communication was awful! Finally, when I was ready to go and just needed the keys, Terry was no where to be found. I had to ask another salesman to find him to give me the keys. I will never go back to Wilde and would not recommend them to anybody else.
