I don't often write reviews, and even less often purchase a new car. In my case, I feel as though the stars aligned when I walked into the new car display room. I was warmly greeted by the sales manager, John Mcnelis, who was swiftly passing through the area clearly on a managerial mission, but stopped, asked if he could be of any help, and proceeded to listen to my tale of whoa. The tale is irrelevant, we all have them, but what stood out was that he was focused on me, sincerely listening, to me! First impression, he really cared! He was down to earth, understood where I was at, and came up with a perfect blend of numbers that made sense. He then introduced me to a salesman, Givseppe Fuoti, who spent as much time with me as I needed to find the right vehicle. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and most important, patient! I felt no pressure whatsoever. No problem, let me get the keys. This one? Sure, no problem, let me get the keys, etc., etc. He knew everything about each of the vehicles and features, and his enthusiasm was contagious. Then the right ride, fit, and featured car was discovered, Rav4 Hybrid. They didn't have the color I wanted, but did have one in transit. John stepped in once again to help procure that particular car, and the rest is history, barring a few nagging texts from me (to John) on if the car was in yet, etc. He was always gracious in his replies. Once it arrived, the transaction went extremely smooth. The finance person assigned was Sam. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely friendly. In the end, he made me feel very good about my purchase, and clearly explained how everything would play out from financing to registration, etc. Then back to Givseppe one more time to walk me through phone set up, all of the features of the car, safety preferences, etc. Easily spent another half hour with me after the deal was done. As I left, I pondered what a great experience I just had. Honestly, I can't say that I have ever felt that good after a car purchase, and at approaching 62 I've have had quite a few.
A sincere thank you to John, Givseppe, and Sam for an exceptional buying experience, from start to finish! Great team! Five stars all the way!

Had a wonderful experience dealing with Brian Delmore in the Pre Owned department, I had many questions over the 2 day buying period, Brian was always spot on in returning my phone calls and emails, regarding all my questions. Took all the anxiety out of everything you heard about the auto buying myth's. And a special shout out to WaQas Arshad in finance, direct and concise, very professional.

First time customers to service dept. Our van is a 2006 Sienna and needed some major service/repairs. The service team, with Garus as our advisor, was professional, honest, and efficient. The repairs took only one day and our van will probably get us another 100,000 miles. Totally recommend this team.

As a first time buyer, I did prior research before wanting to purchase a reliable and safe car. Based on the stellar reviews that I read online, I finally decided to visit Wilde Toyota dealership and test drive the used car I wanted - I initially saw the car featured on their website and I made an appointment. I ended up purchasing a used Toyota RAV4 on July 10, 2019. Everyone I encountered during my first visit was friendly, helpful, and professional. They communicated to me that the car was in great condition and it is an "excellent choice" for me.

However, just one day after I purchased and drove this car fresh off their lot, the tire pressure light came on the next morning! I immediately started to notice my tires were consistently losing air and were looking flat every 3-4 days. My concerns grew even bigger after my personal mechanic preformed a full inspection on the car (this was done today (7/26/19), after only two weeks of having the car). AS A RESULT, SEVERAL ISSUES WERE FOUND. I NOW HAVE AN ESTIMATED COST OF $2,000 TO REPAIR MY CAR! I feel completely SCAMMED BY WILDE TOYOTA DEALERSHIP!!! They sold me a car that was not in such "great condition" as promised! I cannot afford the extra cost for these unexpected repairs. I'm warning potential customers about doing business with this dealership.

We walked in knowing what we wanted and we were directed to our salesperson Kieshon. He took us to the car we were interested on the lot and went with us on our test drive. He filled us in on all the options on the ride and when we got back, we said we would take it. He quickly gave us our pricing options and financing options. Ian the Sales Manager stopped over to thank us and filled us in on being new Toyota customer. Kieshon, Ian and the financing guy PJ were all a please to work with and we were very satisfied with our first encounter with Toyota.

Service department installed mudflaps and side moldings on new Camry Hybrid in less time than stated while doing the job well. Then my sales associate, Osama Dabash, setup my cell phone so that it would work with Entune 3.0, enabling all the features including remote start. In addition, the sales manager, Ian Johnson, went out of his way to contact Toyota headquarters to ensure everything worked correctly. I couldn't be more satisfied with my service at Wilde.
