From past few weeks I am looking for a car. One of my friend suggest Wilde toyota. So I visited the wilde. I was looking for camry's. The sales person I have worked is Tyler Menting. I had very very bad experience with this guy. he don't even know how to talk to the customer. I have never seen this kind salesperson. He is very rude and not even polite. I felt the deal was not good so I didn't buy the car. l went back to home. later, I received a text to my mobile from Tyler some with some sarcastic message. I want to talk to higher managers or officials of wilde to discuss this issue.
I request manager of Tyler. Please teach him how he needs to talk and behave professionally with customers. Because I don't want you to lose another customer.
Wilde Toyota: Please hire some professional salesperson's.

I recently took my 2016, Toyota Camry to Wilde Toyota for suspension bushings service. I have been a Toyota customer for the last 15 years. In all my years of receiving maintenance services from the dealership, my service experience was just average. On my 2/23/28 visit, I met David Olguin and Master Machanic Terry Sean. Wow! The service that is received was superb. They made my experience very pleasant. These two guys will be the reason for me returning, if I ever need other services. Thank you both for going above and beyond and making me feel like a valued customer. My car is running running A-1.

Bought our 6th car here if that tells you anything about this dealership. Originally I came in during a previous weekend and was greeted immediately by Mike Walters, who was extremely courteous and helped us test drive a few cars. Nothing that peaked our interests too much, Was busy during the week, and Mike followed up with a phone call saying there were a few new cars, so came back again this weekend and unfortunately Mike was out, so I had the pleasure of working with Tony Chan who was also as equally amazing and helpful. Eventually got a good deal on a car we liked so I am definitely satisfied. Also worked with Phil Lo who was concise in explaining the financial details of the deal in a comprehensive matter.

David Sopcic was the salesman I met outside on a cold February day. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding the car I wanted. He helped find the best certified RAV4 for the best value for me on the lot. Not only that but he pulled some strings and got a courtesy driver and himself to follow me home and deliver the car. The financing also went quickly as John Morgan handled his side of the deal. Both guys are at the top of their game. Dave Sopcic is a credit not only to the human race but to all used car salesmen in this great country of ours.
