Delivery would have been OUTSTANDING had I been notified that my door side moldings were on back order. I did not find out until I arrived at the dealership that morning to pick up my new vehicle. Now I need to make another trip.

My wife and I bought a 2013 Toyota Sienna from sales person Michael Amos and manager Matthew Husting on 3/5/16. We even paid several hundred dollars more to get it Toyota certified. Two weeks later the front bumper is falling off as it appears it was in an accident before we bought it and the wheel well that is attached to the bumper ended up falling off. My wife took it to Wilde Toyota to get this fixed and has been told that she must of got in an accident. Now we need to take it to a body shop to pay several hundred dollars to get something fixed on a car we just bought. The service and sales managers she met with on Friday said it is a certified car and all this should have been checked before it was sold. I don't think it was checked or it was knowingly sold as damaged and ready to fall apart. After talking to several people in person and e-mailing others no one at the dealership seems concerned that my wife and I are unhappy to have a car that is falling apart that I paid extra to get certified.
Had a great experience buying a new 2016 Camry. Ryan was great to work with, very professional and knowledgable about the vehicles. Will definitely recommend your dealership to friends and family.
