The nicest sale reps I have dealt with

I wanted a new plate. I told the salesperson, I have to go back to get one. I was given one key, and no code for the door. 2 more trips back. I called several hours after getting the car and left messages for 2 managers that husband had decided to buy the trade in, no call back at all. When I saw my old car in the back lot for sale "as is", I called again they wouldn't even tell me the price. That is not how anyone wants to be treated.

Buying this car was an extrodinarily unusual sale. Sean and Todd were very good, as well as Heather, with the paperwork, and Erin in service. Thank you all for your understanding and patience.

I will say it was disappointing to find out at vehicle pick up that there was only one key Fob for this vehicle. We were told that we will be given a second key fob free of charge but that we have to be at the dealership on a Thursday mid day....considering we live 2 hours away and both work full time this is not convenient at all, and will require a missed day of work in order to get the key. I guess I am wondering why that key wasn’t made for us the previous Thursday when the car was still there And the purchase had already been arranged. Any chance this can be made right, like possibly give us the money for the key fob and allow us to get it closer to home??
