In and Out....CONVENIENT!!! In with a "clunker" and out with a new Honda Fit within 2 hours.
I recently leased a 2017 Honda Fit. My salesman was Simon Bailor. He was a fantastic salesman with no pressure. Since the colors were limited, the staff went to lengths to get me what I wanted. I want to thank Patrick for his endeavors. I am enjoying driving the new Fit and would certainly recommend Williams Honda.

Please note we just pick up our vehicle moments ago and the following comments are our initial observations... SALES - Eric Spiecher - Friendly, genuine and totally non pressure. Actually, the entire sales staff was friendly and took the time to say hello or offered a smile. FINANCE - Dan Swartz is attentive, patient, very friendly and very thorough...he went above and beyond to ensure we understood and was comfortable with each step in the process of the purchase. DETAINING STAFF - we have a cosmetic issue with the passenger side headlight cover (the only issue with the vehicle)..and the gentleman from detailing went above and beyond to repair..so nice... and a man named Patrick (I assume a Floor Manager) assured us, with a handshake, should we not be satisfied with the appearance of the light cover unit Williams will replace and absorb the cost. As this is our second Honda from the Williams Auto Group..we know Ann and the Service Department to be "Top Shelf"... The entire staff seems to follow a non pressure "We Want You To Be Happy" mission statement.
