The salesperson for the vehicle was excellent. The reason I am giving this rating 3 stars instead of 5 stars is because the paperwork process with the business person after the purchase took far too long. This was NOT a pleasant experience, and it left bad feelings with me. There was way too much long extended discussion about disclosures (Warranties, etc), about how I might want to consider financing next time instead of buying outright. That is my call, and my business folks. Also, I feel the Warranty information and disclosures should have been presented at the time I decided to purchase the vehicle, and any desired extra warranties or other items included in the purchase price at that time, not after I had agreed to buy it and it was delivered to the dealership for me to pick up. I felt pressured, when I really like to enjoy spending my money. -- Williams Honda needs to take a look at this process and make changes.
Simon Bailor, the salesman, was absolutely wonderful. He made the experience feel more like dealing with a friend than a car salesman. There were a couple of misunderstandings, but the staff did well at every turn in addressing all issues. I will go back as a repeat customer for sure, and have no problem recommending to friends/family.
