We recently bought our first Honda CRV from Williams Honda. Dave Raymond was our salesman and he was terrific to work with. We were able to make a deal within about an hour of meeting with him. We really appreciated his no-pressure tactic, as well as his knowledge of all things Honda.
When we picked up our new car, he spent ample time going over all the features with us before we drove it off the lot. Before we left he even told us "If you have any questions at all, call me" and we could tell he really meant it because he even programmed his phone number into my phone! (We almost called him last night just to say hello! -- Hi Dave!)
Throughout the process, Dave was friendly, courteous, and professional, and knowledgeable. We had been looking around at cars for a couple of months before going to Williams Honda and meeting with Dave. Upon our arrive at Williams, we knew in an instant that this was a place we wanted to do our business with. The entire team there was great. What a pleasant difference from the other dealerships we had visited!
Ed (don't remember his last name -- sorry Ed!) was the guy we worked with in the finance office there, and he was great, too. Friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. Very thorough, and no pressure.
We feel we got a great deal on our CRV at Williams Honda, and they made the process extremely easy for us.
